Water pressure is a measure of the force of water in pipes.
Water stored at an elevation gains 0.433PSI per foot of elevation.[1] A tank, regardless of its capacity, stored at 60' will have a water pressure of 25.98PSI when used at an elevation of 0'. That water pressure would be sufficient for most drip irrigation systems.
